Update

Dear Valued Client,

At AMN Language Services, we are committed to protecting the security and integrity of your data.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, we will be enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the AMN Language Services Client Portal, which provides access to reporting and analytics tools.

This update applies only to the Client Portal and will not affect the AMN Interpreting Application.

What to expect:

  • Beginning June 16 , users will be prompted to complete an additional authentication step when logging into the Client Portal.
  • After entering your username and password, you will receive a one-time verification code via email .
  • You will enter this code to securely complete your login.

How email-based MFA works:

  • The verification code is sent to the email address associated with your portal account .
  • Each code is time-sensitive and can only be used once to complete your login.
  • If you log in from a new device or browser, you may be prompted to complete this step again to confirm your identity.

This enhancement adds an important layer of protection and helps ensure that only authorized users can access your organization’s data. It also aligns with industry-standard security practices for applications that manage sensitive information.

What you need to do:

  • No immediate action is required prior to June 16.
  • After this date, simply follow the on-screen prompts and enter the email verification code when logging in.
