What’s New: Language Services sysadmin will deploy Interpreter Scheduler 26.2.1 and Virtual Interpreter (formerly SVEN or SV) 1.26.2.

Downtime Expected: No downtime is expected. Brief interruptions are possible throughout the maintenance window. Calls may have intermittent failures to connect, but should succeed on retry.
What action do I need to take? If your devices are managed by AMN Language Services, the application will be updated automatically. If your devices are managed by your internal Mobile Device Management (MDM), your MDM team will need to push the update for mobile applications to your devices in order to use the latest version. A critical export defect in reporting (tied to bad date data and timezone handling) required pulling forward a targeted fix as version 26.1.2 to restore essential billing and payroll workflows.
The team aligned to deploy 26.1.1 as planned Thursday and then immediately deploy 26.1.2 in the same window, minimizing business impact while keeping technical risk low.
